All Communications accepted by the Scientific Comittee to be presented at the Conference will be published in digital format in the form of a CD with ISBN registration.
The presentations and addresses will be separately published with ISBN registration.
Furthermore, the communication can be presented in Poster or Panel format, which will be exhibited in a specially equipped zone during the Conference. The panels will be adjusted to size DIN A0.
The communications that are accepted by the Scientific Committee should have their summaries adapted according to the following instructions:
1. Extension:
Maximun 20 pages produced according to the later specified format, including titles, main text, graphs, tables, figures, maps and bibliography references.
2. Page Size:
With reference to size, the pages must be adjusted to the following margins: DIN A4 (210mm x 297mm): Left margin: 3cm; Right, Upper and Lower margins: 2.5cm.
3. Page composition:
TITLE: UPPER CASE, bold, Times New Roman 12pt, centred and not justified.
AUTHOR OR AUTHORS: First names in lower case and SURNAMES in UPPER CASE (Times New Roman, 12pt, centred and not justified). The affiliation for each author, should go on a separate line, centred, and include the name of the centre from which the work is and email address (Times New Roman pt 9).
TEXT: The main text of the communication should be in Times New Roman 12pt, free of any underlining or bold letters (these should only be used for headers or titles of tables and figures), with complete justification and single interline spacing.
The text should be divided into logical sections, with descriptive headings, using different number levels and always in bold:
1. FIRST LEVEL HEADING
1.1 Second level heading
1.1.1 Third level heading
Paragraphs should be started without tabs and using single interline spacing.
Tables and figures should be incorporated into the text in their corresponding space. They should be numbered separately (tables and figures) in order of appearance. Their titles should be left-justified, in bold, leaving a one line space between the title and the body of text.
The numbering and titles of the tables should be situated above for the tables; in the case of the figures they should be placed below.
Footnotes that contain Arabic numbers and no indentation should be used the least amount possible.
Intercalated bibliography references in the text should have the author’s name in small capitals (Versalita) followed by the year of publication and the page/pages of reference. For example, “GARCÍA (2004:3) already cited by other authors (PEREZ, 2002: 3-6; FERNÁNDEZ: 1996: 3,6)”
Final bibliography references should be adapted in the following way:
